I just checked the website and it says it still says on hold. And I've checked every part of my emails.. hopefully it pops up soon. Not too stressed though. Lol?. And thanks to everyone for your help

This is where it's important after a sale the vendor touches base with folks. It can't be that hard to be like hey. I wonder out of all my buyers and forums I'm part of if eveyrhing is ok on their end before I start packaging and distributing. How many unanswered questions by roc has there been in just a week now? And how many has been answered? 2? And one was because someone actually mentioned to roc for me otherwise he prolly wouldn't even of responded lol. But can't just blame roc. I've tagged son of hobbes and global moderators for help already lol. Roc should be paying @TxRebel/Mark to run this thing here. Hes been more helpful than roc in one day than roc has in 18 months for folks lol.

I agree. Mark tries to inform and does what he can to help. Roc needs to keep the boy supplied with free beans! LOL!
I had a pretty big performance automotive store online.. Just like builds going on in the shop, customer communication is absolutely key. Neglecting that is not a good business practice and it can bite you in the ass in many ways. Having to put out fires on forums is not productive in any fashion. It's much better to handle things well before it gets to that point. It's really bad in the automotive performance sector, mainly because a lot of your customers are cheap fuggers and try to get by in the least expensive way and they tend to be on multiple forums. Even if it's an invalid complaint, you can end up with lots of fires to put out from one customer. I'm so glad I don't deal with that crap. My very select customers know they don't have to worry about that and I know I don't have to deal with cheap fuggers. LOL! My price is the price.
