Hi! I live in climate zone where ruderalis often grows freely on random places. Last year i had a few feminized autoflowers outdoors, which came out nice. However i found some seeds during harvest. I had no male autos, so it seems some ruderalis pollen from somewhere flew in the air and made my girls pregnant.

I saved the seeds and i wonder what is the chance of getting something out of them?

There is a chance that your plants produced a few pollen sacs ("hermied") and pollinated themselves.
If you want to plant the seeds for some more bud, you can, but don't use them for further breeding, or while you have any other plants flowering in case they do have a hermie gene...

If wild ruderalis really did pollinate your girls, that's pretty interesting. Wonder how the babies turn out..

If all of the seeds produce females, then they were most likely from "hermie" flowers on your girls. If they are a mix of males and females, hen a wild plant probably pollinated them.
