I'm impressed, very even canopy. I was reading your journal because I ordered CDLC and I like bud porn. I have a few questions. What size pots? How big were the plants at harvest? It looked like the plants were about 1/4 across the pot and tied down till the main stem was about a inch past the edge of the pot. Is that about right?
Yep, that's about right. Then it just a case of leaf tucking/trimming to keep the canopy even. I've not got full dry weights yet, I never really weigh my grows. But I'd say the Samsquanch is the biggest yielder, easy over 100g, probably pushing 110g. CDLC is small, but a deceptively big yielder, maybe 70g. And the potency will easily make up for any lack in weight. 4 Assed Monkey was around 60g. I need to grow her again, because she was finished before she got fat, so to speak.
above, she's a star ryder thats been tied down 4 inches outside, with the same 1/4 bias on the pot. She's gonna be a big bird, possibly bigger than Samsquanch

And pot size is 3 gal smart pots, 11 liter. I use plagron light, or biobizz light mix, depending on what grow shop is open when I need soil, I dont really have a preference.
I've grown mostly sativas outdoors. This will be my first time indoors or with autos. Yield is not as important as successfully growing my own meds. Meds are about 1/2 gram a day or 35 to 40 a grow but screw that I like to get high so I am hoping for 70+ grams. I have CDLC and sour livers on the way. My cab is 4x2 ft but only 4 1/2 ft tall. So what I really want to know is would 3 CDLC be to crowded for a noob to handle or should I stick with 2? I'm going to go check out your star ryder that's going to be a big girl.
3 should be fine, height should't be too much of an issue either, I haven't seen many that have got tall. And if you bend them over, there sould be no problem.

The Star Ryder is going mad. I've managed to get 12 potential colas, standing 60cms from the pot. She's a bit too big for my space now if I'm honest, but you won't hear me complaining about a plant that's too big
Just a little update, I've had a weekish smoking on these 3, and they are amazing. My hand seems to be drawn more to Samsquanch, it's the jar thats going down quickest. Muted smell, even on cracking open a bud, but the flavour of the smoke is beautiful. Creme de la Chem is insane, heavy flavour, heavy stone, and the 4 Assed Monkey is smelly, cheesey, tart, relaxing.
I'll complete smoke reports tonight. But for anyone that wants a grown up, all purpose smoke, Samquanch ticks lot's of boxes.
