This lecter was a tiny unhappy seedling. I scooped her and her sister out of their pots with a big spoon and stuck them into 4 year old depleted soil I had sitting in the tent side by side so I could use the other pots to start over.
Her sister flowered like a tiny dwarf from the stress and got plucked but this one had other ideas. Shes still going...
