Seedling looking a little worse for wear / too much light?

New growers are very susceptible to hoveritis. The inability to go more than a few minutes without attending to something.
Most of us had it. Those that don't get over this ailment are destined to be purchasers at the local dispensary.

The cure is to grow so many plants that even hovering you leave each one alone for a day or two.:crying:

Thanks for all your comments and suggestions so far. Its good to remember this is meant to be a fun hobby with tasty rewards at the end, and not to stress too much. Stressing leads to hoveritis syndrome IM(limited)E
