Should I chop it to save some buds?

So this is my first grow, I made a lot of mistakes.
But I never gave up on my plant.
Due to my location I have very limited access to fertilizer, mediums and so on.
The plant is about 53 days old.
Soil/coco mix 50/50%.
Led lights 125w.

I want to ask you guys for advice about when to chop it. The plant has probably a lot of deficiencies. I don't care about the fan leaves but some of the leaves on the top bud are also affected. So I was wondering what you guys think is it too early to chop it down or should I do it to save the buds.
Never checked the pH don't have a probe.

ive seen worse dont look to bad for a bare bones grow its hungry,but just keep nursing it along dont really wanna kill it for another 2 weeks if ya can help it

I've had uglier plants in the past that harvested just fine. Looks like you might have some cloudy trichomes, but have all white pistils. As @Zamnesia Battle posted, you have more time to grow.
