Optic foliar spray, I found it here on amazon. Works real well, it made a noticeable improvement on my last grow and I only used iot a few times. I came across it on here, there was a load of product testing going on with some great write ups and evidence all here.

I would, my lady's are lapping it up. You will see a difference quite quickly. I spray every 3 days. Also It's not that expensive and it should last a few grows, depending on how many plants you grow.
