Yes I do have a fan at the top of the tent blowing on the light and it did help. Today it's 80 degrees outside and 55% RH and my tent is 86 degrees and 67% RH and the light is off right now.
It is hanging at the to of the canopy the prob came with the tent kit and measures humity too. It's cooling off around here and humidity is dropping. I hope it helps

Make sure its as far away from lights as you can get it so your not picking up the extra heat the light produces so you can get the true values of the tent itself. Glad its going down!
I've attached a VPD chart. Vapor Pressure Deficit is based on ambient temp and RH, primarily, and it allows you to see what what combination of those values will keep your grow at an optimum value.
86° is about the top end of where you want to be but it gives a VPD of right at 1. That's also a good temp to grow in because the leaf surface temperature is going to be in the low to mid-80's at that temp.
What's going to be eye watering is the temp when the LED is on.
It looks like the driver can be unmounted. I would get it out of the tent ASAP.
