As long as Cannabis is a threat to the profits of big Pharma it will be difficult. The UK is incredibly corrupt at the top levels. The privileged elite from Eton and Oxbridge and the boys clubs conspire and support each other behind the scenes. They have the politicians and newspapers in their pockets. The Daily Mail tells everyone how bad cannabis is and the tories are too scared to upset their voters. The science is irrelevant.
