Hahaa.. It's because the roots have already reached tbe bottom of the cup and are circling. If it was in a 3 gal pot, the roots would still be spreading out and searching for the bottom and you wouldn't see much action up top. Get ready for speedy growth and tedious feedings. Lol.

Just got mine in the cup. She showed sprout yesterday and I put her in the ProMix. Hoping she shows above soil line soon. Had to remodel the Hillbilly Hydro, she had rusted out the pie pan reservoir after the last two runs. Will post pic when she's above ground.
