Dinafem Solo photoperiod help?

I'm looking for some advise on the best way to grow a photoperiod in a solo cup or a similar size pot,
I grow using soil and perilite, I'm looking for advise in the best way to do it using photoperiods as I only see autoflower being used. I've got 5 fem seeds germinating now, any help greatly appreciated

There is no difference other than the light schedule.

Thank you, so just put 60%/40% soil/perilite in a well drained cup and put into my grow room with the rest?

I would go 80/20. You want as much water retention as you can get without soggy.
