- fine-ass '22 harvest!
Hi folks! I have some great results to show on a persistent problem plant with a Zn/Fe deficiency using Optic Foliar's Transport and Earth Juice Microblast...
This is FairyBreath, a cross of FairyStone and LambsBread, an F2 strain being worked into full auto by our good friend Stone (Autoflower Portal)... She's one of two in a 10gal pot, part of the KindSoil test currently going on. These are outdoors, and obviously photo' phenos,... her pot-mate sister is just fine, so part of what ails this plant must be something inherent with her; the defc. started weeks ago, and I have been treating it conventionally with foliar and soil inputs... this has managed to help the slightly older leaves recover eventually (about 10 days), but the new growth continued to emerge consistently with symptoms... ironically, this plant was growing faster than her sister, so I figure what I was managing to get in there was being sucked right up by slightly older growth right away, leaving the new tissue shorted... I could not get a leg up! Being immobile nute elements does not help with this either,...
Well, the pics tell the real story! I followed the directions and recommendations, and also did NOT include a wetting agent when applying it, something that is usually very important when doing a foliar spray using conventional methods and products,... I talked with OF about this at length, and was told it won't be needed due to the ease of penetration, and in some cases, depending on the wetting agent used, may actually cause slight damage to leaf surface...
..treated over the course of 5 days, and two applications-- one in full Sun!-- and the other on a foggy day...
>>> Before:
>>> After!:
... AWESOME!! Big improvement by day 3 actually, but I didn't have the camera then,...Even the newest growth is fixed-
...Effing-A, I'm telling you, this is crazy fast for an immobile nute element defc. fix! @opticfoliar -Dinesh, you are a Wizard, mate--
Nothing like photo testimony.... :smoking:
...you are our AFN Deficiency god..

It is magical! And solid proof of Transports claims, which makes me very excited to see how the other products work along with it! I'm trying it on another plant too, the other KS test girl Kalishnapple x Sw. Tooth that has been showing identical defc. symtpoms, just not as severely.... That went on yesterday, and I'll check her out tomorrow I think; the FairyBreath is holding color fine so far on the new growth, which tells me enough extra penetrated in order to support the current newest growth as it forms up... time will tell on that, but again, this plant is I believe something of a problem pheno, so may not be a fair measure,.. we'll see!
.... Aunty if this is indicative of their line-up, their products would be brilliant for you at the "Ranch"! ..... Blooo, Yoz
-- erased, colored in by 'shrooming Kebler Elves
-- I've been had, I say! .... Yoz, you're not going to believe it-- but they sorta do! Check out Watts (and Rev), you'll see what I mean-
