Personally I would start over.. but thats just me, i dont want to wait and see if they grow just cuz what happens if they don't. Its a hard choice that you have to commit too either plant new or continue on.. good luck

Some of the biggest plants I've grown started out slow. They are definitely working g on roots ATM
I've grown Dinafem's bubba Kush multiple times now and they have all been slow starters. Around day 25 they start to haul ass and they start to flower late for auto's. They are a bit fussy but grow some FAT nugs even when you beat them up.
