Stopped growing upwards......

Hi all! Here are my 2 first ever grows (excluding the first 3 attempts which i murdered ). As you can clearly see, the one on the left has stopped at around 8ins, it is the older of the 2 but a different strain, I think it is Northern Light but in one of my many examples of learning on the job i lost the label and seed packs...I know, i know! So my question is about shorty, the buds seem to be developing fine, i think it is around 8/9 weeks old, do i stop adding nutes and start flushing, the tips of the top leaves are slightly yellow at their tips but have not progressed passed this for a week, i am keeping an eye on Trichomes for colour change etc??

Not ready yet. Should be feeding bloom nutes though. At 8 or 9 weeks shes done growing upward now. She will finish flowering now. Give her time. Look at tutorials online of when to harvest buds. Best of luck!
