Hey man!! I made my own.
2 gallons OF, 2 gallon HF, 1 gallon compost, 1 gallon perlite. Water with 5 ml liquid urb and 2 tbsp molasses. I let it sit for 2 weeks planted seed in HF in 16 oz cup. Then water again put cup in pot. This is my first. Journal is in Bomb seed section.
