My method ain't too far from that tbh! Wet paper towel for 24hrs then into root riot cubes and in the germination box they go!
If I get 4/4 with one strain and 0/3 with another when they are under the same conditions, literally 2 inches distance between them, then logic says the fault lays in the seed!

No need to explain yourself brotha! We ASK for this info for a legit reason. I doubt that there is anyone in this grow off that doesn't know how to germ properly. This info will get to the vendors and Im sure they will look into it from there. Personally, Im 50% with HSO.. 0-2 With the Local Coast Skunk, and 2-2 with the Og Kush. Issues could be strain related.. Could be something else.. But we want the data to give to the vendors.

Well all mine germed, but only 1 has popped soil so far so if nothing happens im positive it would be my soil. I was worried it might be lil hot still but will see

here we go! off to the 2liter grow. @Autoseeds.com and @SOOTDAWG after six days, one has popped, and will be in a 2 liter bottle tomorrow.
cultivar is Berry Ryder. one more to go maybe? if not will try the last seed. I want at least one in 4 gallon pot,

Sometimes, for whatever reason, seeds just don't want to grow!!

As some of you may know, I collected the germination data on one of our past grow comps to share with the breeder. Here is what I learned from it

- There seemed to be no germination method that out performed another.
- A lot of people don't report the failed germinations openly on the forums.
- Some of you guys are really stubborn and don't give up on your seed even after a week plus
- Some of the stubborn guys actually got them to germ after a week !
- I don't think anyone got them to germ after 12 day point.

I was unable to pin point any one thing that caused failed germs. Mikis is absolutely correct, sometimes seeds just don't want to grow.

I had a seed sprout a root...then die. Which is why I only have 2 of the 3 strains fastbuds sent running at the moment.

I'd slap you with some rep points, but i'd need to go back in time, get back to the future, in order to be in the present (and then the pre-paid rep points would be only a fading memory and nothing would be changed!!)
