outdoor plants use a lot of water. I installed drip tubing in my raised beds. The three 4x8 beds each use about 100 gallons of water every 4-5 days this summer. It's been hot and dry.

Borers
What bores into the stems of these plants? One of the garlic budders has several spots where something has bored to the center of the stem. May still be inside chomping away, plant looks ok now but it may be about to start dying.
