Man that could be alittle to much light for them. Try like 25% if you dont have plants that need alot of light in there. Or that are flowering or something. I got a mars 300 watt And its like about the same distance from my plants and there weeks old and its only at 50% and they love it. Slowly turning it up as they grow.
