Id start doing some defol on those ladies, starting at the top and work your way down, do maybe 20% every 3 days or so...

I just take a bit out of the bottom just before flower. Never done me any harm in the past.

Think he means 20% of “what u plan to remove” not like.. 20% of the entire plant haha

Id just remove fan leaves that are shading lower branches, looks like some big healthy fans off the main stem shading lower branches quite a bit is what I meant, but not do them all the same day. 20% of the total you want to remove at a time...
