These are the things that make me Smile... ... there's the First...and Pink as a baby's bottom.

The pink has been bothering me.....just one of those things... I've honestly been thinking..the last Kush.. probably...but it keeps nagging.....in me mind..not the right pink...NAG..NAG..don't ignore it..

Bearing in mind... when I got the DC..she was new..all white..at the time...then I think...

I've credited the DC bringing a botanical blue leaf..a tric trait I want..fat heads..lots of stuff I've recognised from her...

The absolutely most beautiful leaf I have ever seen on one of my girls was the Black leaf..shiney metallic..that glowed Barbie Pink when the light hit her..I used to have a photo...it got lost in successive server upgrades..but..it is imprinted in my mind.....I love it...

So...that pink was in at the Black Dragon cross..let's go back and have a look at what the Deep Chunk is putting out now...10 years after...


This is the absolute epitome of Deep Chunk when I met her...she brought Fat Heads..and the horseshoe leaf join..clear as day...

Then I scrolled and went wow... could she be the Gingers...?..

Then I stopped at this one....and laughed me little socks off.....

Now I know exactly Who I'm looking at...the colours of my full grow pots....... magnificent Girl......

Now..light a joint...and think......if I'm right... Deep Chunk was put into that cross..mmmph..minimum 18 generations..and more than 10 years ago..she is effectively the Grand Parent...and we've pulled her back into Dominance..

The Seance...all the dead relatives in the room...... whatever went into that tiny little seed holds all of her genetic history..that can be shuffled back out....

.. every seed holds a genetic pond...and a Dream...

I bet you can't wait for spring to get the greenhouse fired up.....

I've been tied up in the staffroom setting up a proposed schedule for site move..so that reminds me @BCBudlady ...you will need to keep popping in to see where we move to.
You do have off-site contacts that can let you know...?...it shouldn't be for a few months.

This is a photo from the DC Google...and the leaf curl trait I'm watching for..DC has a really great tric covered underleaf...and develops so much the trics curl the outer edges of the leaf in with tric crusts... ..it really is special....I'll have that one isolated out...

I Think I see it in one...might need tickled out...

..talking about Frogs..the blueprint in my mind for the Frogs is Green..and will give #FingerDabs ..

The Dragon rising hunch was right.. it hasn't quite killed the #FingerDab effect...but it is elusive in them..way past the time the Frogs can be rubbed. I got one surprise high..and a few gentle rollercoaster highs...but like essence of Frog..rare in both pots.....so I'd say the trait is in recession...but as always...here to be proved wrong.......

But since the Frogs are getting isolated out...the Dragons rising will be Named Rainbow Dragon for now... until I start looking at who I want to isolate out.

Frogs F2 x F3 back cross..then 2 X white/pink (only) parental crosses .
