- what wattage & type are your lights?
- how far away are they at the moment?
- are your plants stretching at all?

It's a mars hydro ts 600 it's a 100 true watts I mean they dont look like it they have stayed relatively short and stout but thick
 
I say that means they're getting enough light. Not sure about how much they need when flowering though.
For my lights, the manufacturer lists some distances for each stage of the grow cycle. It doesn't say its for cannabis, but we can all read between the lines.
