Ive been watching and putting together a format in using Mag. flakes and oil.I was turned onto a really great recipe from one of our fellow growers and healthy people.I ran across a few really good videos that talk about making your own rub and oil through flakes and Mag. information.I thought I would ask if its ok to post a few of them?

a9ymous..you can get PH paper fairly cheaply..they will tell you if your PH is Out..but they aren't very Accurate.
I bought the multiple point strips..but even they can give conflicting/hard to read results.

Most of the growers here have PH meters for their plants so they are using them.
Some of them are Really expensive..but I had a one that cost £30 and it lasted me 3-4 years..

What we are Looking for in Humans is a PH of around PH 7..rising to PH 7.5 by mid afternoon..OPTIMUM..

I hope you like these.I found them really really awesome.with that sweet write up ya'll did and the various topics discussed ,I felt these vids were spot on.with all this great information,Im pretty well sold on this as a much more healthier way of correcting our issues as awhole.I need to start the PH'ing of my Body too.I already take Olive leaf extract and its great.

Thanks, I am actually shopping new meters since I ruined my soil meter by using it to check my water/nutes mix before applying (it said not to immerse in straight liquids, but it worked, and I was in a pinch and then just kept on doing it and got what I deserved).

So, people are checking their pH via their urine? RR said there are 'also' saliva tests?
