Hanging in there despite the cold (-13F when I got up yesterday and another round of snow coming tomorrow). I gave away my last batch of rub so I will need to get cooking this weekend. Need to decide if I want to tweak the recipe; I got good feedback from people I gave the last batch to. I was feeling really crappy yesterday afternoon so I decided to take a magnesium bath. Amazing how much better I felt afterwards.

This Stuff Is Damn miracle ..
I have not found anything Like a Magnesium topical Ever ...I can feel it eating the Arthritis ...atleast it feels that way from the tingling !!!

I already used to the positive effect so sometimes I start thinking it is not working, but than something in my life happens where before I could be pissed of the whole day (just example) and now I just think twice and smile and than realise I'm in top form body +menthally

I still have some of the first batch I made with cannabis oil. I use it daily on my shoulder and don't want to run out. I decided that I am going to make a small batch today adding some DMSO to see if it helps it to absorb any faster/better. I have some vet grade DMSO gel that I was going to add when I add the magnesium. I will let folks know how it works out. I was looking last night at mango butter, anyone have any experience with it?


The wife is doing much better now that she is back on the BS and OL plan, thanks for asking.

You get Well so Fast you forget how sick you were...:thumbs:..that is why we say take a weeks break from treatment every now and then..within 4 days all your Old symptoms hit with a Bang...and you are crying to get back on your meds.
