Just a suggestion, but you may get better answers if you utilized an informational thread of your grow as opposed to creating a new thread for every question. It will give us to see the overall picture.

How do I do this

What will happen if I already did not much at all not even a 1/4 of recommended dose..... Someone said it would be cool and that they needed it. Cause I had them in 3in jiffy starter pots and in coco. Which I didn't know.but sine I transplanted them yesterday they are all perked up looking happy now before the leaves were a little droopy. I hope they will be ok and thanks I need all the advice I can get...

Yeah, the soil has all the nutrients a seedling requires for a few weeks. Nevertheless, they survived and will most likely do just fine.

Will it hurt that I already fed them only 1/4 the amount.

It required 1/4 cup I gave 1/4 of that..

I think with these now just keep going with water and just roll with it nothing else you can do as plants this size in the soil will have enough food for a few weeks id imagine if its like a lite mix

If new growth looks ok, then you’re in the clear. Older leaves won’t recover.
