Another solid point :thumbsup: the cases i’ve seen are more like live resin drops oozing out of the buds but maybe this is the start of something good LOL. Thanks @NAGreengo!

After seeing your second photo post, I may reconsider my last thought and diverge back to my first. That could be Spidermite or Russet Mite web, with resin secretions traveling down them. In this case, I would give them a good foliar spray soak a day or two before harvest to try an wash as many of the Mites away as possible. Followed by 48 hours of darkness in a cool space. It is hard to tell though, especially without spotting the critters.
