[UPDATED] Manure tea Tutorial

Thanks for the recipe and process. Do you think chicken manure would be acceptable if end product was properly pH'd?
 
Is that aged horse manure or fresh? Was told aged is better for fertigation… maybe that was for in soil…
Just because I live near the Adirondacs and we have many horse owners,riders, boarders, here and would be easy for me to get.
