When does the Veg cycle begin?

This is my first grow and I went Hydro. So i was wondering when the Veg cycle begins so i can Nute at the proper time.

First serated leaf

The first 3 leafer

Or Five leaf?

I started veg nutrients at the first true set or about when i saw a definitive 5 leafer. This is the same one as of 4/6
