PM usually only affects growing plants and you will notice it on the leaves a long time before it makes it to the flowers. Mold issues on harvested plants are almost always bud rot/botrytis. It’s usually caused by sealing buds up with too much moisture. Mold spores are everywhere, you can’t get rid of them, you just have to create low moisture environments where they can’t grow.
