You ought to be careful on that one- You may find yourself workin even harder. Takin orders, payments, shipping crap by hand is a total pita and expensive

My understanding is federal law still considers cannabis seeds as marijuana. Seed sellers can get hit with a federal felony. Most mail the seeds via USPS across state lines which would tack on more charges. This is why lots of seed breeders still take steps to keep up some form of anonymity. In the old days the DEA tracked packages to end users and would kick in the doors of growers. I'm sure they still do in some states. Even today I've heard of Cali breeders, when busted, gave up client data / payment info when court ordered. Better to be safe than sorry.

Not at all. It would be one thing if he made that offer just here but to do it on IG as well? He'll end up with a bunch of people upset with him because he's not getting back to them fast enough and other things. It's very difficult to be a one man band. I did it for 20 years. The last 5, I got some help and then I started making money- not just scratching out a living. He has a chance to let a seed bank be his "help" so he can concentrate on what he does best.

That's a Spanish seed company bud. Seeds from overseas are confiscated all the time by customs. Some overseas banks get a "Distributor" in the USA, basically someone who gets a bulk shipment so they can be mailed from in country. In the old days people would ship orders from different towns and boxes so if one was confiscated it couldn't be traced back. The blood sweat and tears of our elders.
