Welcome to AFN Yes the All Mix is too hot for seed germinating. Once the plant s a week to 10 days old they can be transplanted into the All Mix.

No don't stratify soil. You can mix them if you want but it is not necessary to blend down the All Mix.
Get some Seed starter mix and put a softball size divot of it in the middle of the All Mix and start your seed in it.
