World’s First Intrinsically Seedless Cannabis

Oh, wait... I guess it depends on what state you're in and whether you have a personal license from the feds. https://www.whiskeystillpro.com/blo...h-about-us-law-and-distilling-alcohol-at-home
2015? IIRC, thats about the same time as the ATF and the local sheriff showed up at my brothers front door inquiring about the little essential oils still that he had bought on line. Might want to look at the TTB.gov website. There is no such thing as a "personal license." it is illegal to distill in a residence, garage, shed, etc. There are a handful of states that have laws saying that it is okay per state law to make a little moonshine. But, like with weed, it is illegal under Federal law and Federal law supersedes state law. If you try to argue something like interstate commerce, they Feds will still haul you away. It would appear that the Feds are also MUCH more strict with illegal distilling than with growing weed where it has been legalized by the states yet is still illegal under the US Code. When you grow weed, you are just growing dope. When you distill illegal liquor, you are stealing money from the government. Which crime do you believe offends the boys in Washington more?
