Late last week it became apparent that something needed to give and that changes to “the plan” were going to be necessary. As they say “best laid plans...” in other words what do you do once your grand plans are used to wipe up the shit that just hit the fan. Yes, it was time to show some flexibility, (a characteristic that seems to be nearly a requirement to grow autos), and do the “autoflower shuffle” or otherwise know as the “ye olde auto detour”.

The Lollygagger

Well in this case Lollygagger refers not only to the grow, but to the grower as well. I have been slacking on my journal posts as of late, however I hadn’t realized I had slacked to the point where I hadn’t even completed my last post.

As for the grow the Lollygagger is the White Widdow that at the time of the post was over 100 days in with no end in sight and was taking up 2/3 of my 2x4 space.

Detour, Eviction/Relocation

As previously mentioned circumstances *beyond my control*, made it necessary for a detour. Briefly here are those circumstances.

White Widow larger than anticipated growth and longer timeline than expected

Two “Twin” Lemon plants getting close and taking up their fair share of space. Check out the cool similarities and differences.

Both plants combined for nearly 100 grams (96) dry weight. I preferred the look of the purple(er) plant, but so far before full cure the greener plant smoke is better.

Next Circumstance:

I topped both the Sour Diesel and Orange Cookies X Nicole on the same day.
Sour D responded by big growth, OCxN not so much. She went directly into flower.

As a result SD and OCN were sent a packing outdoors. I had to use The “Earth Box type” of system I had ready for my Magnum Auto I had just germinated, as well as a second system that I cobble together.

OCN is small but is packing a few buds on to her. She smells amazing!!!

Sour D is living her system I would say.
