So my two freeze berry auto popped last night

Stunted the growth on her had her under the wrong light and temps were way off finally have her under two kind led x40 and temps are right what can I do if anything to keep her moving along good ??

I stunted it growth by haveing under wrong light and temps were off to finally have it under control right light and temps what should I do to get her back on track if anything
