Winter grow, for my 4th serious attempt.

Pretty much same recipe and same setup..

Biobiz Allmix + perlite + Easy Boost after transplant

For this one I feel very focused and hope this will be the first real grow with an acceptable yield. But as I didn't have my computer available until now due to work related issues, it is already on day 13 from sprouting on this day.

There was a bit of a hard beginning during germination with a failed sowing attempt, and a massive temp drop (down to 15 C). But the seed was undamaged so it went back in a paper towel and the tap root finally came out proper. Geez I can't do anything smoothly. (Amateur!!!)

So it went in the soil again (double blackened plastic cup with holes) and finally sprouted after quite a few days. (13 days from the day I dropped it into a glass of water and the day it sprouted)

So here it goes.

Now I understand watering a bit more thanks to you know who, I decided to try the cup method with later transplant. I don't know if the cold messed up the plant, or if the cup is too small, but she still looks like she got her arse kicked for lunch money. We'll see..

Weighed my cup before and after watering.. learning curve aye

Average temps during the day at 23 C with highs of up to 26 C, down to 19 at night, with an once-off at a low 15.
Average RH at about 55% at night and 46% during the day with occasional lows of 40%.

Sprouted at noon, case still on.

Ok, that's typical. Straight on the sceond day, I had to leave the house in a hurry for quite a few days, and my flatmate was out and could not get back in time to save the plant.

Came back about a week later to find the poor ting stretched, wilted, and rotting in the now crispy soil...

Was so gutted I didn't even take time to take a pic so don't even ask..
