postmans been (again)!

so my water filter turned up today!
my e.c. is 0.61 so to sort this out i got a pond water filter
got a pond one cos my rooms water is supplied by a garden hose so nice and easy to fit!
hav ran water thru it as instructed
now let it sit for 10 hours

jus gota wait till 2mor to c wat difference its made!?!

so filter made no difference whatsoever
hav got a ro membrane turning up 2mor to add to the filters
this should sort ec

after getting a ro membrane and fitting it to the filter have now learnt that u use about 3 / 4 times the water u get!

not prepared to throw away 120 litres+ every time i fill me 40 litre tank

will jus use bottled water until they r big enough to need higher ec
