Truth be told, I find it impossible to figure out what they send for analysis.....Since first grow almost went to shit from my well water I've been RO or distilled...either bought bottled or from system I installed...a lot less headaches.
Here's what I got back:
"The Water Treatment Plant does not remove TDS, so the raw water quality should be representative."
My home R/O is so slow.
I may resort to water machine RO and haul it back.

yeah, mine does a tank in 2 hours....2 gallon tank, so I do 4 to 5 gallons at a res fill.
