Flowering stages?

I'm kind of finding it hard to find a good pictorial of the different flowering stages to help me judge the age of my plants.
Can any of you good folks give me an idea were this girl is at in the scheme of things? Are there 3 or 4 flower stages? My rookie guess is mid stage.
