Don’t know if this is the right place to ask this.

So I went with Mars hydro all all the gear. I have the Ihub pro and the controller. As I spent the last 3 hours studying DLI. I go to set it and the light (TSL2000 ) won’t adjust. Now I be gotten it to work with the slide bar a few times. It is not consistent. So sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
I have been in contact with Mars to resolve this, but it is still happening after following their instructions

Has anyone else dealt with this? If so how did you resolve it?

First, make sure this button is in….

If it’s in and the dimmer is still funky, then something is wrong. One of my lights developed a bad dimmer about eight months in. It’s replaceable, but I just ended up running the light full blast at the very top of the tent…

I’m not familiar with that setup…. Is the device on the end some kind of module for a controller?

It’s a USB thing for Bluetooth connection to the controller and IHub

Have you tried unplugging it to see if the dimmer works without it?
