Best way is to make your own soil up, there's plenty of info under the organic section. A lot of bagged soils organic content is green waste from rubbish tip and woodchips.like not bad to have a little bit in there but some have up to 50% woodchips. I hear fox farm ocean forrest is alright though but who knows could have some suspect stuff in it. Not entirely sure what's in the nature's living soil but all of nature's soil is living so idk sounds like a scam haha.
