Actually they're 10L pots, but inside is one 550-600g coco brick, so 8L medium. If I don't have enough coco, I just fill up with perlite instead (50/50 coco/perlite). Pots are 30cm high.

looks like you have things pretty dialled in here how do the root balls look when you take them out of those white pots does any light get in to the root zone ?

I can't take pictures right now, because they're all tied to pots (training). Let's see roots at the harvest day, okay?
But I can't see any troubles if light shines on the roots. 1-2 pages back you can see BB auto in 3L pot which has roots on the surface and she was healthy till the last day.
