Hello Growers, grateful to know which light setting I should use for auto grows. Do I turn the veg and the Bloom on all the time? thx

You are under-powered on lights at 16 watts per sq ft.
30 watts per sq ft is plenty, but 25 watts can do the job almost as well.
Because of that I'd turn veg and bloom switches on.

If you had plenty of power then Veg switch only til late veg, then both together.
Most bloom switches have added red, which is good for flowering, but can cause stretch during veg.

Best would be to have a bigger light, and use veg only at first.

What age are your plants at?.. you might need more light in that space. I have 3x autcobs 55w each so 165w in 32in x 32 in x63 in tent for 3 plants.. I would do 2 plants under that light personally
