Stevie was a phenomenon! One of the top ten blues and rock guitarists ever!

I got to see Stevie on 6th st in Austin when he was still in the shadow of his brother. When I heard him for the first time, I knew it was just a matter of time before he got big.
Such a loss!

Back in the day when Johnny Lang came out I thought it was the second coming... SRV LIVES! But alas, it was this young kid. Wish he’d been accepted by the masses but no.
