Lightweight!!! Skinny ass Graham Chapman was drinking like 2 bottles a day before he quit. No telling how much John Bonham was drinking at the end.of his life. His "breakfast" the day he died was 4 double shots of vodka and a bite of a ham roll. :smoking:

I quit drinking like that 30 years ago. I rarely even have a beer now. I would have been dead long ago as I consumed 2.5 -3 quarts of Scotch and Brandy a week unless there was a party then add another .5 quart.

That will help with any kind of inflammation along with better health and MORE energy. It helped with my spinal joint pain due to the reduction of inflamation.
Do not take late at night!

I have it along with my morning cup of Java. You will get to crave it every morning. My friend turned me on to it a few years ago.
