Yes, there will be kittens.

When my son was young I said to me mother...at least he'll never come home pregnant...and she said to me aye....but he might come home dragging a pregnant girlfriend behind him........ ....methinks your cat has done that to you.............

I'm still trying to get her more tamed so I can either get her inside to deliver the kittens or to get her to have them in a box I have with an old cat bed outside

Sounds like a plan.......it will make it easier in the long run.
Me mothers feral cat had hers down a rabbit warren and she had to dig all the soil out to get them and make sure they were safe.
