I spent about 10 years as a surveyor. Lot of things I miss about that job

After being in a dead end factory job for 14 yrs, at 45 I decided that I was gonna jump at the chance given to "change my stars" and learn something new. I enjoy it thoroughly! And I was mostly fit for it. Wouldn't change anything. Went from $16 an hr 4 yrs ago to 23.50 an hr current, and I'm the crew chief... With no schooling other than on the job.

Naw, order of operations was always a sticky point.....failed basic algebra cause teacher was a right dick about having the letters in place in the equations......I could do it when I left the spaces blank, remembering what they were ( width, depth, height etc) once I put the letters in I got brain lock....letters is for words not math.

OK, lets set it straight.
63f on the porch and the coffee is so so....wife insisted on setting it up and added nothing extra at all.....need to finish getting the Avalanche ready to put up for sale and finish laying deck boards on the back porch...as long as the back holds up...
