The last credible worker on the farm put in his notice and is leaving on Tuesday. There is no one left on the farm but me as far as employees goes. I think the farm is going under to be honest; the owner is coming out today and I'm expecting to be told that we're all fired.

Anyone here ever have Turducken?.....No! It doesn't have anything to do wif doody!

The guys on the radio just mentioned it. It's been a really long time since I cooked one. I've only smoked them in the past. I used to have them on Christmas and sometime on New Years, but since Mom passed, I just haven't done it since.
Mom didn't know what to think the first year I smoked one. She sure as hell loved it though!


What is turducken and what is it made of?
Turducken is a dish consisting of a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, further stuffed into a deboned turkey. Outside of the United States and Canada, it is known as a three bird roast.

U listening to the sports radio station? 105.3 seems to talk about that frequently lately! Even more so after John Maddens passing cuz he used to have that every year in his Madden cruiser for the thanksgiving day game!
