Hell no we actually this session had a bill to make under 2oz of flower AND A WHOLE ZIP OF CONCENTRATES a max fine of $500 and no chance of jail but they let it die on senate floor at last stage cuz they were too concerned with restricting abortion rights! Clueless politicians!

As of now u can AND I HAVE gone to jail for next to nothing! I was arrested for 5 joint roaches in my ashtray at 1 point! And any concentrate is an automatic felony!
