Thanks. Things are going well since I started growing again. Plenty of room for improvement and some nice strains on deck. So I hope I can hold things steady till I decide ecxactly how I want to maximize yield and minimize work.

+1 on Toyotas, I have owned several, and still own two. A helicopter engineer that I once knew through work said that working on his Toyotas reminded him of working on helicopters. The high quality of the design and engineering was exceptional, and bluntly obvious to someone with his background. :pighug:
Even the newer ones are pretty good quality. I've had the same Yota for five years now, And the only issues I've ever had was a touchy gas pedal and leaky door trim (that's from tweekers trying to break into it, though.). They're definitely reliable if you keep up on maintenance.
