Neither the ticket takers nor the ushers noticed, and since there were empty seats in the next row back we were fine. Tbh I think we ended up with better seats since we were closer to center stage. Clear view of the stage as we were in the Dress Circle and there was no one directly in front of us. I figure it was just the universe evening itself out. @Frank the Dank was 24 hours late, I was 24 hours early. She was absolutely mesmerized though. When I told her they were some of the best ballet dancers in the world she told me that she would dance in the American Ballet Theater when she was old enough. So, I guess that's that lol.

I didn't even realize till I got to our seats and they were already taken. I was tearing through my paper stack and my purse and wallet looking for the tickets, I *knew* I had put them somewhere specific so I wouldn't lose them but I couldn't remember *where*. Found them in the outer pocket of my purse that I forget exists and then panicked cause I realized it was 15 minutes later than I had meant to leave. Didn't even look at them really except to make sure I grabbed the right ones (we've got several shows to go see over the season). We ended up getting there with just a few minutes to spare. I'm sure I looked like an absolute deer in the headlights when I realized, a nice older lady who apparently is a regular at that theater told me not to worry about it, that its happened to her and that there was no reason we couldn't stay since we were already there and the show wasn't sold out.
