That's a great idea I think next run I'm trying this ! Maybe get a start weight on the weed and when it hits say 25- 30% of the original weight jar it like your saying!!??!!

Makes cleanup easier too. Enameled cast iron is awesome for heat transfer, but I’m particular about the finish…two birds….
